Privacy
The information ToolCup needs to run the board, and the optional analytics you control.
Submitted tools
When you submit a public URL, ToolCup validates it and may fetch public page metadata such as its title, description, and favicon. Canonical URLs and public listing details are stored to operate the leaderboard.
Payments
Dodo Payments processes Checkout. ToolCup stores internal bid records, Dodo Checkout and payment identifiers, amounts in USD cents, payment state, and webhook replay records. ToolCup does not receive or store card details.
Optional analytics
DataFast loads only after you accept analytics. Declining does not affect submissions, Checkout, or rankings. Analytics never receive raw submitted URLs, customer emails, webhook bodies, or payment-provider identifiers as custom event properties.
Public click counts
When someone follows a tool link from the live leaderboard, ToolCup increments an aggregate counter for that listing before redirecting to the public destination. The counter is not used for ranking and does not require optional DataFast analytics.
Your choice
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. You can clear site storage to reset it. Payment webhooks and essential security records are required to operate the paid leaderboard and are not controlled by analytics consent.
